Bakar Wins Omega Seamaster Watch in Play-Off

                         ASGI Secretary General, Pascal Germanier with Ainil Bakar

Malaysia's Ainil Bakar claimed the Omega Seamaster watch which was kindly given by the ASGI (Association de Suisse de Golfeurs Indépendant) to the top professional at the ASGI Ladies Open.

Ainil finished the tournament in a tie for second place alongside England’s Kym Larratt, with a total score of 210 (-6), three shots behind the winner, German amateur Olivia Cowan.

The winner of the Omega watch was decided by a putting competition play-off in which Ainil two putted the 35ft hole and clinched the prize worth 5,500CHF. Ainil who resides in Malaysia, will celebrate Mother’s Day tomorrow and intends to give the watch to her mum as a very special present for the day.
