Marta finished 11th in the 2014 order of merit, progressing directly to final stage LET Q school. Marta’s best finish of the season came at the Ingaro Ladies Open hosted by Elin Emanuelsson where she claimed her first LETAS win. Marta never finished outside the top 11 in the six tournaments she played in. Her lowest round in 2014 was a 66, six under par, in the final round of the Royal Belgian Golf Association LETAS Trophy, where she finished in second place. Personal: Marta started playing golf at just four years old and has an older sister Patricia, who earned her LET card through the LET Access Series last year. Marta studied at Auburn University where she graduated with a degree in International Business. Marta’s home town is the city of Madrid and as an amateur had many successes winning the Spanish under eighteen national championships in 2009 and went on to represent Spain Internationally. When Marta is not on the course she enjoys most sports as well as spending time with family and friends. |

Spain´s Marta Sanz Barrio shot a closing 65, five under par, to win the Ingarö Ladies Open hosted by Elin Emanuelsson. Sanz Barrio finished three shots ahead of joint overnight leader Caroline Rominger from Switzerland. |

Ramsay Reigns at Rinkven |

Sweden’s Isabella Ramsay claimed her second LETAS title of the season, winning the Royal Belgian Golf Federation LETAS Trophy at Rinkven Golf Club. Ramsay shot a closing round of 71, for a three round total of 209 for the win. |
