Highlights:

2017 saw Sanna played in nine events with her best finish at the EVLI Ladies Finnish Open in second position.

In 2016 Sanna came fifth on the LETAS order of merit gaining her tour card for the 2017 season. 

In 2014 Sanna played in six LETAS tournaments. Sanna’s highest finish of the season came at the Mineks and Regnum Ladies Classic, where she finished in a tie for 5th place. Her lowest round of the season was a first round of 67, five under par at the Open Generali de Strasbourg which included six birdies.

Personal:

Sanna, born in Helsinki, Finland started playing golf alongside her parents at the age of seven. Sanna attended Texas Christian University where she graduated in 2014 with a degree in sport psychology.  After a successful amateur career Sanna decided to turn professional after finishing her degree.  When Sanna is not on the golf course or practising she enjoys working on her fitness in the gym including weight lifting as well as going to watch ice hockey.

England’s Hayley Davis has assured her place on the Ladies European Tour next season with a stellar performance on the LET Access Series this year. The 26-year-old enjoyed a breakthrough LETAS win earlier in the season at the Bossey Ladies Championship, along with a further five top 5 finishes, which sees the Englishwoman well clear at the top of the LETAS rankings.

Swaziland’s Nobuhle Dlamini leads the way at the Anna Nordqvist Vasteras Open after recording a four-under 68 on day one at the Swedish event. The 27-year-old posted five birdies, four of which came on the front nine as she stormed into the outright lead after the first 18 holes in Bjärby.
