HIGHLIGHTS

2017 was a stellar year for Meghan as she became the order of merit winner and gained her full card on the Ladies European Tour. In 2017 Meghan had seven top tens, 1 win and a third.

In 2016 Meghan competed as an amateur in the WPGA International Challenge and won best amateur. She then took part in the final LET Access Tournament in 2016 and won the title of Santander Golf Tour LETAS La Penaza.

In 2016, Meghan finished T34 at the Lalla Aicha Tour School Qualifying and earner her 2017 card on the Ladies European Tour.

2018 VP Bank Ladies Open Date Announced

Shortly before the end of the 2017 golfing season, there is good news for the Swiss golf scene with regard to the tournament calendar for 2018. The VP Bank Ladies Open, which since 2014 has been contested in the spring on the Gams-Werdenberg Golf Club and formed part of the LET Access Series schedule, will offer an attractive date for the fifth edition of the 2018 event. It will be played from Friday to Sunday, from the 4 - 6 May, 2018.
El Saler gears up for the LETAS Season Finale

It’s that time of the year when the entire season culminates to one final event. Back in August, it was confirmed that the LET Access Series would culminate at the Santander Golf Tour LETAS El Saler near Valencia in Spain, for the final tournament of the year.
LETAS leaders look to accelerate pace at WPGA International Challenge

Last year England´s Meghan Maclaren was an amateur when she competed at Stoke by Nayland Hotel Golf & Spa in the 2016 edition of the WPGA International Challenge. Frenchwoman Eva Gilly may have run away with the tournament but for Maclaren, the start at home was her first in a professional event, and her last as an amateur finishing solitary tenth at the end of three days, eight strokes behind Gilly.
Two promising professionals tee up in Ladies European Tour events thanks to invitations from England Golf

Emma Goddard from Cheshire and Meghan MacLaren from Northamptonshire – both England internationals in their amateur days – have been given places, respectively, in last week’s LET Andalucia Costa del Sol Open de Espana Feminino and the Lacoste Ladies Open de France, from October 5-8. It’s part of England Golf’s strategy to support former amateurs.
